It was a day of 23rd January two months before when team members received a call from team manager in order to reach at university premises on an immediate basis. They were supposed to organize an event in university to provide the teachings of child care services to the students. John was the team manager, and his other team members were Smith, Nora and Allen. They had just 2 days to organize an event. As a manager of the team, John was supposed to encourage his team members in order to perform their services effectively and efficiently. John was responsible for allocating the job responsibilities to each of the team members. But John was really responsible for allocating the job responsibilities carefully because Nora was an inexperienced team member and she required much attention as well as assistance from team manager in order to perform her services in an efficient manner.

As an effective team leader, John was responsible for creating an open communication with his team members as well as he also kept on trying to adopt new methods and strategies for his other team members. Studies on managerial skills revealed that to create a positive attitude and build a positive relationship with team workers is an essential quality of an effective manager. John was required to deliver all the knowledge regarding child care services to his team members that managers, as well as leaders in child care services, work in many areas in order to create awareness among team members regarding child care services. John was in a hurry because he was supposed to organize an event on an urgent basis and had to entail an overall knowledge regarding child care services. Therefore, he allocates different job responsibilities to every team member.

Before allocating the job responsibilities, John as a manager of the team personally questioned himself that what actually as a manager he needs to do, would his team members be passionate in order to perform their job roles, what managerial skills required to take effective decisions. After questioned himself, he asked Smith, who was the coordinator of the team, to keep the records of patterns of baby’s sleep as well as accurate children’s medication so that they can give enhanced specifics to the students of the university at the event. In order to organize an event for delivering the learning of child care services to the students of the university, they were also required to provide further details about child care centres that how they provide effective services for the better health of children. Therefore, John solicits Allen to maintain the collection of record of ensuring that the policies, rules and regulations are ethically adopted by child care service centres as well as ensure that those policies were effectively implemented…
