1.   Introduction

The report deals with the description and analysis of creative decisions for effective change in an organization. It consists of the details about the decision-making process and how it can be applied practically. For this, a case has been considered of Domino’s Pizza, Inc. 2.   Case Study of Domino’s Pizza Inc.

There is an American restaurant named as Domino’s Pizza Inc. It is an international corporation of pizza delivery, which is headquartered at Domino Farms in Michigan, United States. It is the largest word wide pizza delivery chain, operating in more than 70 countries of the world, and is the second largest in the United States after Pizza Hut.

A few days back, there was the employees’ redundancy issue in Domino’s Pizza Inc. Redundancy of employee means the employee is not needed anymore by the business and are useless for the firm. For dealing with such issues of employee’s redundancy, the employer has to take appropriate decisions and must follow redundancy procedures which are fair. In the rest of the report, this case is being considered and analyzed in a way that how decisions can be applied to resolve such issues of companies. After critical analysis, it was concluded that the reason was that the employees of Domino’s Pizza Inc. himself or herself stopped working on his/her own tasks and started doing some other tasks of the Inc. So, the most appropriate decision for this can be taking into account that every individual should perform his own job and then the rest of the employees of the company, if are of no use then they should be fired. This is the most simple and straightforward solution which can be performed by any individual and no collective efforts are needed for this. This can even be done by the intuition of the decision maker.
