1. Introduction
The underlying project is concerned with development plan of a campus and different factors linked to it. The analysis will be concerned with various factors that were related to the evaluation of the aspects that will be involved in the development plan to go along with the impact that they would have on the eventual outcome of the project. Some of the elements that will be discussed in this section will be concerned with outlining the project program along with the presentation of the Gantt chart, project budget including cash evaluation of the project. In addition to that, discussion related to alternative cash flow scenario along with the display of cash requirement and illustration of the work breakdown structure.
2. Outline Project Program
The above-presented chart is concerned with the analysis of different activities that will be carried out during the completion of the school-related project.

The minimum time that will be incurred during the end of first activity will be 80; whereas, the time that will be born during the other event will be 330 days; whereas, the second of the two starting activity will be carried out for 785 days. In addition to that, the events that will be concerned with start of the project will take around 330 days. In addition to that, different activities are expected to be brought about are scheduled to be completed in 911 and 955 days. Therefore, it can be stated that the maximum time that is supposed to be incurred while the completion of the activity is 955 days.Project Management .
