Introduction

Review of Journal:The article is based on discussing the lean capabilities and its implementation in the organization. The system of this is meant to bring changes in the process of the team. The target of the lean strategy is the strategy of the business to its production and also the development of the product. Each of the areas that impact the company or is liable to bring change in the organization are to be looked at different strategies of which lean is one. The paper thus focused on identifying the context of the paradoxical tensions in relevance to the implementation of the thin plan.

Context

The process of organizational change and developing business sustainability was the primary context that was referred in the paper. However, the article identified in the area of lean strategy and its implementation. The report also identified the organization paradoxical that were included in the application of the same.
