The principal purpose of this shared activity two is to identify different management research topics and scenarios. As defined in the first event, management research is essential for effective decision making of the organization. In this regard, several research themes were found out through the online research on multiple websites such as the research topic directory of the university. Along with this, some periodic journals, official reports of different associations and governmental portals were also used to find out a reliable and efficient research topic (Quacquarelli Symonds Limited, 2014; Library Guides, 2017).

By research, the core themes or the most in-demand areas of management in the field of study include the following:

• Diversity Management: Due to increasing globalization the companies are becoming more global as compare to before. Hence, they recruit diverse workforce, and the management of different cultural background has become one of the significant challenges for managers and overall organization as well (Quacquarelli Symonds Limited, 2014; Library Guides, 2017)….
