1. Introduction

The discussion in this assessment is based on the use of Greek-style yogurt. There are two types of yogurts such as Full fat Greek-style yogurt and Low fat Greek-style yogurt. In the view of Trigueros et al., (2015) yogurt is one of the products which are considered as very useful for the health of the individuals. On the other hand, in the view of Williams (2015), Greek-style yogurt is in high demand amongst the users due to significant health benefits associated with it. Besides, the analysis of the article illustrated that Yogurt comes in various forms such as plain, flavored, full fat, low fat along with non-fat. In addition to that, Greek-style yogurts are frequently used by a significant amount of customers. One of the notable characteristics of these yogurts is that they have a similar amount of calories as regular yogurts have. However, these kinds of yogurts have a higher degree of protein along with having reduced amount of calcium in comparison to other types of yogurts. Besides, the Greek style yogurts are also considered as rich in taste which further attracts consumers towards them.

On the other hand, the findings from the analysis presented by Serafeimidou et al., (2012) illustrated that full-fat Greek-style yogurt is utilized in large quantities with the food to maintain a healthy and stable diet. Besides, the analysis demonstrates that this kind of yogurt has the right proportion of material to fulfill the dietary needs of the individuals.
