In such a short lifespan google has emerged as a ground- breaking and an employ-centric company that has successfully combined technological novelty with a robust organizational culture and world-class management system (Armstrong, 2012; Armstrong, 2010; Joshi, n.d; Katzenbach and Inayat-Khan, 2010; Moon, 2006; Taylor and Lester, 2009).

Based on the concept of transactional analysis proposed by Berne, Google understands well the complex interpersonal transactions and deals with its employees on their own function and language. It helps to understand the behavior of people better to achieve high resonance in the professional world.
