In my point of view, the original CV is very brief and made in a very simpler way which does not include the picture of a person, personal details, and key skills are not mentioned in an impressive way. In fact, they are written very briefly and to the point. Key skills are very less, and experience has also been observed very limitedly. While, in a revised version of CV, it includes the picture of a person. It is made in a professional way, that every data is organized under a specific heading. Areas of expertise and professional experience of a person have enhanced which adds a new detail in the revised version of CV. In a nutshell, a revised version of CV is much better than the old version. It is not the fact that old version was not a good one because, at that time, the areas of expertise and professional experience of a person were limited.
Moreover, SWOT analysis reflects organization to recognize its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. In a given SWOT analysis, good communication skills, in both ways written and as well as verbal, contribute as a strength factor for the organization. The strength of person which is discussed in the analysis is that; he is a perfectionist who can work well in any condition. He plays an active role in leading team and to work as a team leader. The person describes himself having good organizational skills, reliable, punctual and keep himself up to date. He brings innovation to the organization with the ability to solve problems when working in a team.
Subsequently, he described his weakness as to stick to the one idea without thinking. In my opinion, his statements don’t match each other. There is a lot of controversy in his statements. He is anxious about the outcome of the design. He doesn’t bother to explore other software other than 2D design and pro desktop software.
Furthermore, the opportunities that he had provided in his workplace was during his third year which helped him to gain industrial skills and abilities. By this opportunity, he might be able to get a job in future such as furniture designer, industrial designer, or digital design engineer. And he might get the opportunity to work as a CAD/CAM specialist work.
Lastly, he mentioned the threats that he might not be able to have enough skills to compete for today’s career opportunities. He threatens that; he might not be able to find a job at the end or completion of his degree. He may get in competition with other designers that may have better skills and ability than him.
I suggest that there are a lot of different ways to improve employability. The basic one is to improve yourself, by getting education and degree. This will enable to get a larger range of jobs opportunities. Lastly, being able to get a lead role in university projects will immensely help o develop the leadership qualities and skills……….

Skills for Employability and the Workplace
Introduction:
Employability is to have the skills and mindset, to achieve successfully, create and maintain work which makes you able to perform effectively and efficiently in a work environment. Usually employability and employment get confused in getting a job, but in fact, employability is much more different than employment.
Employability can be defined in many ways, according to Yorke:
“A set of achievements — skills, understandings and personal attributes — that make graduates more likely to gain employment and be successful in their chosen occupations, which benefits themselves, the workforce, the community and the economy.
It has been a crucial issue for the government and as well as Higher Education Institutions (HEIs). The is a lot of competition in student employment has been observed under the rise in higher education and recent economic decline (Venetia Saunders and Katherine Zuzel, 2009-2010). A crucial role is played by the concept of employability in creating awareness among labor market in UK, EU and beyond. The research was conducted to analyze the old and new applications of the term; it was concluded that the supply and demand side factors are acknowledged for analyzing employability in individual, personal and external factors (Ronald W.McQuaid, Colin Lindsay, 2005). Normally, people miss-interpret the term employment with employability. There I a lot of difference between the two, in fact, they are not alike. Employment means having a job, while employability is about being capable and having skills to grow in a professional environment. According to Higher Education Institutions, employability is producing graduates that can excel in professional life under the supervision of academic courses and extracurricular activities.
The Demands of Workplace:
In 1992, Employability Skills Profile (ESP) had been developed by Conference Board of Canada in coordination with business people and educators across the country. In Canada, the crucial skills that are required by the employers are academic skills, personnel management, and teamwork. Communication, critical thinking, problem-solving and identification of the need to learn fall under academic skills and abilities. Whereas, Personal Management Skills involve positive attitudes and to take responsibilities and lastly, Team Work skills are abilities to work as a leader and follow as apt (JANICE A. LEROUX and SUSAN LAFLEUR, 1995).
The current study has highlighted that what steps must be taken to improve employability. For this purpose, one must understand the value employability and academic alignment, by linking employability to extracurricular activities. Furthermore, hurdles must be identified that need to be overmatched to fully engage with the skills profile and personal development planning (PDP). Employers look for such skills that range from general employability and life abilities or skills to technical, technological and job specifics skills or abilities. Employability…..
