Some companies have “health care spending accounts” in which each employee has to pay a certain amount of money annually. The funds collected can be used whenever required by the employee.

As time passes, new people start coming into the company. it is natural for the “new entries” to demand from the company rather than give to the company, for them personal gain is of more value than the gain of the company. As a result, the sincerity towards the company decreases. Consequently, leadership also decreases.
