According to Cordella and Dell’Ariccia (2007), it is essential for the project manager to keep evaluating the cost, budget, and performance of the project with the passage of time. This is because it helps in maintaining the desired budget as per the requirement. In this regard, a budget has been developed for the LongGrow project of Fur-Care Manufacturer and Distributors for the year 2018 and 2019. The budget includes the initial revenue of 100 percent and furthers the performance of the project has been evaluated on a quarterly basis. Furthermore, the budget also incorporates the major expenses including the employee compensation, marketing expenses, overhead costs, payroll tax and many others.
