To provide the strategy recommendation for the company is a critical task. Before suggesting the strategic choice,Strategy it is necessary to study the external and internal environment of the company and the problems encountered by them.

This analysis helps us to suggest and evaluate the available strategic choices for the company and help the evaluator to consider the most effective strategic options which help the company to move towards successful future.

After analyzing the scenario of different companies, it has been observed that the main issue faced by most of the company is to maintain its positions as the world leaders.

Rumelts Criteria provide a framework to rate the strategic choices of the company on the bipolar scale (Yes-No). The strategic choice with the high number of Yes will be considered to implement first as compared to other options.
