The study we are trying to conduct is on the stop and search statistics based on ethnicity (BAME). We will be framing questions for the review which will clearly address the problem. Following are the questions:

Question 1 :  What is search and stop methodology and why are certain communities affected this method of law enforcement search and control?

Question 2:. What are the communities out of the BAME that are victims and most affected by the stop and search policy of the police and LEA’s in the western hemisphere.

Question 3: What are the grievances of the communities and what mental as well as physical aspects of these activities upon them and what does it tell us about it.

Question 4:  How can these policies be revised and an effective dealing mechanism be devised for the handling of such matters.
