. The main problem which was faced by NHS was that they were unable to effectively manage their time with respect to admitting, discharging and transferring patients. The lack of effective time management is having a detrimental impact on the quality and the efficiency of the service that NHS is offering to its patients.

  1. The designed solution in this case would be linked with the application of the principle of time management. The top management would be required to play a significant role in making sure that appropriate time management concepts are applied throughout different activities of NHS.
