INTRODUCTION:
Our organization has worked on helping every individual to attain at least the basic human rights which include the right to live, the right to be educated, the right to be treated equally and not to be discriminated on the basis of any of the social, economic or political factor. Now, a detailed inspection of the global community and the availability of sufficient funds in the organization’s account has enabled us to take a step further in expanding the horizons of the organization, using the available funds for the benefit of the people outside the domestic boundaries, mainly targeting the children living there as we believe that children possess more delicate rights and should be protected by the individuals in their surroundings (HAYE, Nóirín, 2002). The basic right of every child is to be educated in the best possible way which is being neglected these days. Among the under developed countries, most countries have already undertaken ways to provide the basic child’s right. Therefore, our next step is to work on providing the basic education to the children of underdeveloped and developing countries.human rights campaigning organization.
Analysis Of The Selected Environment:
The environment in which the activity would take place is mainly the far flung areas that do not have the necessary resources. My team would encounter many cases in which the parents would not want to send their children to schools due to several personal and social reasons. Here, my role as a leader would be pivotal in which he would have to visit and talk to the parents individually to motivate them and counsel them regarding the matter. This may hinder growth of the project, but if dealt sophistically could lead to better results. Also, since our target is the children in rural areas, they would not have sufficient funds either to buy their own stationery or may not be encouraged at home to gain education (HAYES, Nóirín, 2007). Therefore, arrangements should be made in order to overcome such hurdles.human rights campaigning organization
METHODOLOGY:
Self-Assessment:
To take the leadership role in this project, I believe following my skills and competencies will be essential in the success of this venture, later the report discusses how these skills are actually going to help in the project:
a) Confident.
b) Encouraging spirit.
c) Appreciative.
d) A careful planner.
e) Meticulous in approach.
f) Open to other’s ideas.
g) Passionate.
h) A team player.
In this field, the major competency a leader would need is to be motivated enough to encourage its team members and to keep them going with the spirits high (MARIO BUBLE, Ana Juras, Ivan Mati, 2014). The basic criteria of being the member of the team would be that the member is a hard working person and is responsible enough to accomplish his goals on time. The leader should be such as to plan the day in advance, overcoming loopholes in the system and focusing on the team members as to appreciate them and motivate them to deal with the underprivileged children. Appreciation of the team members by the team leader would increase efficiency and would enable the members to work collectively towards a common goal. The leader should not be a dictator in this case. Instead, he should be welcoming to the ideas of the members and work accordingly, minimizing conflicts among the team members and increasing harmony within the team (STEPHEN J. ZACCARO, Cary Kemp, Paige Bader, 2003). The leader should participate in all the related events, and should be devoted to his task because as a leader, the members would follow him and would consider him their role models in that regard. The context in this leadership model is basically the situation in which the team would work collectively for the education program for the children and would train and teach the children for their bright futures (BOLDEN, Richard, 2004).
Another set of core skills needed would be excellent communication skills and ability to persuade others. This would be needed while conversing with the parents in rural areas and ensuring that the one-to-one counseling of the parents is fruitful. The leader should be such as to face the problems confidently and since any day could bring in different type of difficulties, it would be a challenge for the leader as well as for the team members (GEORGE P. HOLLENBECK, DOUGLAS T. HALL, 2004).
Swot Analysis For The Organisation:
A SWOT Analysis is done so that we are able to spot the potential opportunities and threats along with the strength and weaknesses that comes with initiating a certain project (KESSLER, Eric H., 2013). In the context of Human right, Strength lies in Volunteer manpower who can utilize their free time for social welfare (STEPHEN DRINKWATER, Catherine Robinson, 2013). Our project intends to promote improvement in the lives of economically disadvantaged and hence this makes us eligible for tax discounts, thereby leaving more funds for further reinvestment. Weaknesses that are like to evolve include inconsistency in the donation fund that might hinder the project’s progress. Additionally, finding regular donors is an added layer of trouble that might threaten the very existence of the organization. Lack of community awareness makes the problem even more badly.
There are certain factors that are totally beyond the scope of human control. Those factors are opportunities and threats. As a human rights organization, the potential opportunity could be in the form of development of significant business links that could facilitate us in continuing our project (GARSON HUNTER, Dionne Miazdyck, 2004). Our society is fraught with numerous social ills that might become even more severe as the time passes by. We will therefore be prepared to expand the scope of our work to work for the social betterment of the society we live in.human rights campaigning organization
Threats should be carefully identified beforehand so that a backup plan could always be implemented. For human rights campaign, the major threat is that of non-availability or reduction in the income stream that comes from major donors. If the donor’s priority changes, that could negatively affect our operation. There are numerous other organizations that are involved in similar activities thereby intensifying the competition. There is a possibility of other such NGOs springing up, taking away some of our donor’s fund. If our NGO fails to operate smoothly, we might risk losing our valuable donors. This in turn could put our entire venture into jeopardy
PESTLE Analysis:
human rights campaigning organization PESTLE analysis is used here as a potent tool to evaluate the future challenges that might pose a threat to business survival. It will enable the organization to forecast the impact of factors that exist in the macro environment that has the potential to alter the future business profitability.. We will analyze each PESTEL factor in detail and show its implications so that we can analyze any future financial hurdles that may jeopardize the organization’s survival (GUPTA, Dr. Abhishek, 2013).
Political and Legal Factors
In the wake of political instability, innumerable issues emerge. If tax laws become stringent, that will directly impact the earnings of the individuals who allocate a major chunk of their wealth for societal welfare. Hence, it will threaten the very provision of future services since they might have face difficulties in obtaining new donors and there is also a possibility of losing existing donors. The reputation of organization within the country will be used to avoid any legal complications that our work might face. In addition to tax laws, there also might be a difficulty regarding the property laws in the selected country which shall have to be dealt with accordingly.human rights campaigning organization
Economic and Social Factors
Economic swings have its own repercussions Changes in business cycle, especially during economic downturns, human rights Campaign will be exposed to a plethora of issues. People in such areas are uninterested to send their children to schools and seek short term benefits instead of looking for the long term growth and development of their children. During tough times, disposable incomes fall and unemployment shoots up sky high. Combination of both the factors will result in decreased donations and memberships. Due to economic imbalance, our campaign might experience cost increments, making business operation a difficult task to perform (SAICH, Tony, 2002). This will translate into constrained budgets with participation in corporate philanthropy an arduous task.
Technological and Environmental Factors
This campaign will be completely environment friendly. The hazards of the pollution are a primary concern for us and we shall avoid any practice, during our work, which proves to be detrimental to the environment. With the world metamorphosing into a global village, boundaries have totally lost its significance. With this transformation; new technological platforms have surfaced that are changing the way we connect with people. Hence, staying updated with new advancements is the need of the hour. Any change in technology will certainly impact the campaign as it implies changing the mode we use to reach out to our donors, volunteers and other support groups. Conventional modes along with the new ones should be fully utilized to maintain the link between the people who provide the funds. New modes primarily include online platforms like Facebook and Twitter. Failure to adapt to the changing trends can have negative consequences.
THE DEVELOPMENTAL PLAN:
The initial plan is to provide basic education to children to develop the foundation of their efficiency and build their acumen to compete with the environmental hardships. The idea that the leader would carry out would be to first look after the number of teachers and other resources, such as stationery, books, premises for the school, the school’s setup (including tables and chairs, etc). Quality teachers will be recruited and a proper curriculum to ensure maximum learning should then be designed. Once this is done, the second step would be to visit the target communities for a week to gather the data of the out-of-school kids and visit their homes to get permission from their parents if they could send them to our school. This would be the stage in which the leader should be there to communicate to the parents effectively and stay motivated even after the dejected comments from the parents because such comments would be expected from the parents who don’t value education and do not feel that it’s the right of the child to gain the basic education at least. The communication should be such as to inform the parents of the reliability of the project and the team as well to build trust before they actually send their child to the school. Once this is accomplished, the major part of this expansion project would be accomplished as well simultaneously since this would be the toughest job throughout. As the proper schooling begins, the major attention would then be diverted to the kids and the teachers. Hurdles in this phase would vary and would be dealt with on a case to case basis.
THE APPROACH:
The first problem is to arrange course material, teachers and other items necessary for setting up the school. For this, the organization needs to have proper funding, and if it is not the case then proper funding needs to be arranged by either targeting particular people who are active in giving funds to charity organization or to raise funds by going into public and properly explaining the cause.
The second and the toughest thing which the team leader and other players of his team would face is convincing parents to send their children to school. Many would detest the idea to send their children towards formal schooling instead of making them sit on some shop from where they could earn the money. The team leader has to be convincing enough to explain them the importance of education for the future benefit both for the child and the family. Here he needs to show his wit by motivating the child towards studies by making the learning fun for them so that even when parents order them not to go, the child find some way to reach school.
Another problem which could be faced is the training of teachers. The teacher should know how to tactfully handle students in the class, who have never attended any schooling in the past. The teachers should keep the students motivated towards attending school by making learning fun for them.
Professionals to manage and supervise the organization would also be required because when the organization would expand, it should be managed professionally by trained staff.

CONCLUSION:
If this expansion program is managed efficiently and effectively, positive results would then be seen for the human rights campaign organization as well as for the children who are deprived of the most basic right of gaining an education. The success would lead to greater level of trust as well towards the organization and would help raise further donations as well easily for future campaigning and further expansion…
