The debate in which I am going to put forward my analysis by critical justification is Impact of organizational structure and culture on projects. The reason for the interest in this topic is because the organization is established in the different location with different people, the standardized procedure utilizes over each scenario impact the performance of the project. The world is moving towards globalization; more companies are focuses to expand their venture over the multi-cultural environment. Most of the companies working towards recognize global which means they are now dealing with diversified workforce and different culture of the surrounding. To implement the same procedure and policies over the different culture might not be successful always. organizational structure It sometimes fails this migration of a system, or the business reshapes them as per the cultural demand of the subsidiaries company (Taherdoost & Keshavarsaleh, 2016). But there is a debate over the issue that project should be designed and formulated in a such a manner that it can easily be adjusted and modified in every climate of the organization, which seems steep in a real scenario.
