Introduction to business ethics, is the work of multitude of scholars whose contributions are nothing kept well secured rather illustrious. Business dates back to starting of civilization but fortunately, development of ethics in the field of business as we know from the distinct term business ethics, need not be waited upon for a group of academics in the late nineteenth century.

No matter what happens to the subject of business ethics, ethics will continue to be a piece of business which is required in the contemporary world. Some acceptance of common assumption by business ethicists is that ethics of business is just ethics which we observe in everyday life. This day to day ethical decision making when applied to business context translates into business ethics.

The beliefs and moral values of individuals conducted in business activities defines business ethics. Therefore, a manager making decisions which are ethical for himself as well as his organization is part of business ethics.
