1.     Introduction

This project is designed to enhance and symbolize the employee engagement and its usefulness in an organization. It will focus on the organization and in what basis the employee engagement holds its importance in that organization. When there is different employee generations in an organization, there will considerably be problems. Those problems will be identified in this project, and the problems faced in implementing it or its limitations will be discussed. This project will also identify the employee engagement levels in an organization and the usefulness and benefit it holds and how much are those benefits useful for the organization.

2.     Employee Interactions

Employee interaction is known as a communication and way of handling their coworkers at a workplace for developing complete dedication towards work every day and for giving their best each day. It also focuses on the employees committing to their career goals and values enhances n the organization, and to stay motivated towards their work for the success of the organization with their own efforts and own wellbeing and for the sake of their progress, as they will be equally responsible in the progress or achievements of the organization. Employee engagement also understands the role in an organization and to be satisfied with one’s position and to stick to the purpose and objectives (J.K, 2017).managing people.

2.1.         Strategies

Organization that are engaged with employees, have strong and authentic values and expect to have clear evidence of trust based on mutual respect between the employers and employees and expect them to understand and fulfill the promises and commitments made in an organization, this also leads to a successful and healthy organization. Since, it has expectations it is not easy to get the employees to fulfill all these expectations immediately and so few strategies are set for this (Kompaso, 2017).

managing people Firstly, whenever issues occur in an organization, the employers are expected to merge their employees also for feed backs and recommendations so that the employees may feel needed and important in their organization. Secondly, it is important to develop a good understanding and to strengthen the team. For that, it is important to share things amongst the employees and involve them in sharing ideas and work related to the organization.  Additionally, it is also important to understand the individual’s learning and their perspective, because of which new skills are developed that, may support the members of the organization and will bring new innovations. Lastly, training sessions should be introduced so that the new employees are well aware of the work, and the old ones can teach them for their own reinforcement and that develops understanding between the employees (Wollard, 2017).

2.2.         Limitations

managing people Regardless of having strategies to empower the employee interactions, it also sets up limitations so that the employee or the employer does not start to expect too much from each other which might ring downturn for the organization (Saks, 2017). It is important for the employee to not what their expected work is and should have a clear vision of their goals on daily basis. It is the responsibility of the employer to provide their workers with complete and correct requirements, tools and equipment so that they may not always be asking from others that might take time and might indulge the workers into other businesses instead of their work. The employees should also get an opportunity of improving their work every day, if less attention and work will done by the employees they would not be able to produce improvements and better work by the passing days and that might not bring any change in the progress of the organization. And if the improvements and hard work is done, the employer should praise and give feed backs to the employees which may motivate them more towards their work and develop understanding. Development of the employees should constantly be appreciated and put to notice and should be considered in the progress of the organization (Gruman and Saks, 2017).

3.        Levels of engagement and organizational performance

Every organization has the connection between the engagement levels with the organizational performance. Since, employee interactions refers to the behavior and attitude maintained by the workers, so it leads to the success of the business and then it is applied and reinforced in a way with one another. Secondly, employee engagement also focuses on the loyalty and generosity of the employees working in their organization which enhances their efforts and dedication in process of finishing a task.
