1. Introduction
Efficient machinery is a key to competitiveness in a rapidly changing business environment. XYZ Bakers are small medium enterprise (SME) located in Tees Valley, North-East of England with a total of 120 staff. The maintenance crew consists of 24 people. There are 15 men between the ages of 20 and 45, and 9 women between the ages of 25 to 40. The company has partnered with The Big Human Resource Group (TBHRG) to boost up its production efficiency. XYZ Bakers are aiming to boost this production to 70%. Therefore, TBHRG is training workers on the safe use of the Scrubber Dryer to address skills and technological gaps. Such innovative initiatives align with industrial trends and streamlined procedures yield observable advantages (Chojnacka et al., 2021). Having a priority on safety and excellence, our cooperation aims to establish XYZ Bakery as a leader in the field, with a quantifiable impact on operational efficiency and productivity as a whole.

1.1 Recognizing Skills and Technology Shortfalls:
XYZ Bakers needs to define the skills and technological gaps along with their drawbacks. In short, technological gaps between the required technologies and the currently in place technological infrastructure (Willcocks, 2020). On the other hand, skills gaps refer to those where the workforce’s skill set and what is required to do jobs effectively do not match.
