 Introduction

The literature review that has been presented is related to different aspects of a problem that has been studied in this scenario. The problem that has been selected for the analysis is the use of Business Information Modelling (BIM) in construction and different factors that are related to it. The issue that has been selected for discussion in current exploration is the use of BIM in construction. According to McCuen, Suermann and Krogulecki (2011), in the modern era, Building Information Modelling (BIM) is a factor that combines strategy and construction planning within a firm.
