This report interprets that how the seven leader mindset theory (vMEME) is used to examine the personal leadership. It begins with the literature regarding leadership and its development. Then by the reviewing the leaders’ role, their relationship with their followers is examine. Finally, some research on the alternatives of leadership and the cross cultural leadership is done. Then it looks forwards to provide an innovative way to examine the development of the field, which has been benefited by this framework. Each section is concluded with the issues that need to be addressed in the future.

1.      Introduction:

The global leadership has the potential to monitor the framework of organization at all the levels; domestic level, regional level, and an international level. This report tried to attempt the following questions. In the prevailing challenges of the multiculturalism, racial diversity and many others to come should be needed to address the issues of various value systems. Is the team building is only option for going in best direction to get the education? In the 21st century, how do leaders address the design question? This can only be achieved by aligning the educational systems with the human development (Rosado, C. , 2004).

1.1                Development of Leadership:

It is very important to remember the strengths and weaknesses of the leaders. Leaders are very good to maintain status quo. However, they might be not so good in envisioning the future. Leaders must be very good in stirring people emotions, taking them to good direction and raising their expectations.

Leadership is all about to pay attention on every single moment. Leadership is considered to be the openness of mind, heart and the will. The openness of mind shall lead to possess liberal and critical attitude towards society norms and enjoys learning and reasoning. The openness of heart will lead to minimize the reaction towards emotional situations. It has been observed that the persons who are expressive in nature are the charismatic leaders so that they can convince other followers. Similarly, when the will is opened the old intentions can be let go.  The capacity to shift the inner self is the most important tool of the leadership (McCombs, B., Miller, D., & Harris, A., 2009). It is important that leader must be creative. This can be achieved through the process of rational thinking and brain oriented. McCrae has done research to determine the relationship between openness and the leadership (McCrae R. , 2008). According to his report one is strongly related with personality based evaluation of creativity and thinking. Thus, it is proved that there is a strong relationship between openness and the leadership. Secondly, to accept a change and skills to grasp that lie in the hearts of translational leaders. The people who are open, have strong desire to accept a change and they are very aware of the benefits and consequences of the change (Watson, D., & Clark, L. A. , 1997). Moreover, intellectual stimulation is the encouragement of new ideas by questioning old assumptions. Leaders who are good in openness to experience are likely providing more intellectual stimulation.
