Introduction
Project management, much like the meticulous orchestration of a symphony, demands a conductor who skilfully guides diverse resources, teams, and processes towards a unified goal. It assures that projects are finished within the recognized boundaries of the triple constraint which includes time, budget, and scope. It is a holistic methodology that embraces all dimensions of a project’s design, management, leadership, and control during its life cycle. These stages, namely the project initiation, planning, execution, and monitoring and controlling, function as a guide for a successful project (Altahtooh, 2020). The initiation phase builds the groundwork having as a consequence the determination of the goal, the estimation of the feasibility and justification of the project. Stakeholders gather in this place with the purpose of delineating the project’s objectives and assessing its expected benefits and threats. It relies on project selection techniques for detailed project comparison and selection of the project with the best alignment for organizational objectives. To follow, a project would enter the definition phase, painstakingly defining the extent of the task at hand.
