1. Introduction
The principal purpose of the following report is to conduct a critical assessment of personal leadership skills through the application of Seven Leadership Mindsets Theory. Along with this, the story implements a wide range of leadership theories, approaches, and styles as per the need of the current modern world.
The report structure is three core segments; the first part is based on fundamental insights related to leadership style and mindsets that have been used in my organization. The leadership traits have been presented through various practical examples, and seven mindset theory has been applied to the critical team members at my workplace.
The second part of the report addresses the leadership capabilities and development of CDP plan through consideration of current and future role into the organization. Along with this, the evaluation of leadership style has been conducted to lead the 21st-century business. Finally, the last part focuses on the crucial understanding of leadership as a result of reading this given unit.

2.1 The Range of Leadership Mindsets. What evidence do you see in leaders to underpin your assessment?
A wide range of research studies has been conducted to identify various forms of leadership mindsets. In 1970, Dr Clare Grave proposed a theory as “First Principle” to develop facts through empirical studies and models. It suggests that a leader’s mindset is an impactful element that reflects the nature of the leader to deal with transformations and adapts flexibility for the betterment of the organization.
This first principle theory further integrates the leadership behaviours into three broad categories that include human personal adaptation, leader’s environment, and socio-cultural elements. As per the method, these three core elements develop a complete set of value-system that further builds a leader’s mindset or thinking. By this approach, several other principles and techniques have been developed.
For instance, Richard Dawkins (2016) proposed Memes – the self-replicating behaviour of the leader. It affects every aspect of life including personal life, society, workplace, organizations, and education as well.
