Introduction

The sinuous balance between TGF-beta pathways and gene expression is the crux of cancer implementation (Rostami, Khorashadizadeh and Naseri, 2020). This investigation is intended to show how the TGF-B1 and TGF-B3 pathways can affect the expression of several genes with breast cancer significance, among them: fibronectin FN, FYN proto-oncogene, HER2 (ERBB2 gene), RACK1 (GNB2L1), and FAK (focal adhesion kinase). The present article intends to provide an insight into the role of the MCF-7 and MCF-10 cell lines in debating the mechanisms through which these pathways control gene expression profiles and facilitate our knowledge of the effect of these pathways on tumour development and metastasis (Kretzschmar, 2019).
