While talking about the failures of some most excellent cell phone devices, we might never forget the horrible incidence though becoming an ancient history of the year 2016 specifically August of Samsung Galaxy Note 7. As per the report (Green Peace, 2016) Galaxy Note, seven was first released on 19th August 2016.The first explosion was reported not less than a month after it was made available to the public. According to U.S. survey (De-Leon, 2017), 96 cellular complaints was of batteries in Note7 phones due to overheating among which 13 reports were of burns, and 47 were severe property damages caused by the phone.
Among the severe cases reported one of them was of Dronacher. Nathan Dornachers said his Galaxy Note 7 was charging inside his car reportedly SUV when the phone burst into the explosion. “Not the barbecue I wanted on my day off,” was what he mentioned in his Facebook post sharing the photo of his vehicle on fire. He further mentioned in the case that no one was physically hurt. However, Samsung did not at once replied back to the requester on the incident day. They later made the statement to Fox 10 of being aware of the certain scenario and asked the customer for a “PHONE SWAP” as an option.
“We are working with Mr. Dornacher to investigate his case and ensure we do everything we can for him,” was the statement made on their end.However, things did not work in between the favor of Mr.Dornacher.
