Abstract

The main purpose of this report is to analyze the causes of incidents that occurred in Oil and Gas industry of UK. The research also aims to compare the causes identified with respect to HSE tools and standards which are being practiced in the industry. Introduction

The main purpose of this report is to analyze the causes of incidents that occurred in Oil and Gas industry of UK. Due to limited time and resources, only those accidents have been taken into account which resulted in deaths of at-least
