Every Organization going towards success and executing productive results is having many reasons behind it, these reasons can be the all the components in making a company like investors, employees or even culture of the organization is an important part of organization’s success. In this essay we will define organizational culture and its link with job satisfaction, Influence of organizational culture on an individual employee and their behavior towards it, we will also discuss factors which affect organization’s factors. We will discuss an important factor in organization’s development which is employee’s voice, the need of employee’s voice will be discussed as well as the types of employee’s voice will also be stated. We will mention the roles and responsibilities of employees towards their organization. Employee’s voice will be viewed critically and positive or negative effects of it on the organization will be discussed. Importance of this change will also be discussed. Through a study, it is suggested that giving employees better incentives motivates them to stay in the company and work efficiently. The relationship between pay and employee turnover is directly proportional (Shaw, Delery, Jenkins, D., & Gupta, 1998).

Introduction to Organizational Culture.

Organizational culture can be said as values and beliefs according to which employees perform in an organization. These values, laws, and policies are made by top management and are strongly recommended for all the employees to be followed, these factors prescribe employees how to speak, dress, act and do their work in the organization (Schein, 2010).human resources management.

Every company has a similar objective which is the maximization of profit. This objective can be achieved by the performance of the company and performing all the tasks effectively is the responsibility of employees (Katou & Budhwar, 2006).

Other than product satisfaction there are lots of other factors which attract customers towards the company which is the image of the company in front of their stakeholders. Among these factors culture of the company plays a vital role. Now a day’s world is becoming more globalize and because of which more Multinational companies are investing in different countries bringing western organizational culture to different companies, local employees in these companies have a conflict with this fact as they think through this they are losing their traditions and values, and ultimately leading to a less diverse world (Zheng, 2010).

For the expansion of the organization, organizational culture plays an important role. It is set as the standards of whom to hire and who fits perfectly into the policy of the company. They will look for those candidates which either has company’s values in them or they are willing to adopt these values in the workplace, for example, if a company’s core value include wearing a tie, only that person will be recruited who wishes to wear a tie.

The commitment and the priority level of employees in these organization are foreseeable in achieving goals of the company. Because of this culture of the company it has a positive psychological effect on employee’s performance.

In an open culture, fruitful discussion and participation can be seen which can bring new initiatives to light on the contrary in a culture where there are restrictions and prohibitions employees feel less comfortable to give their ideas. Cultures aim to introduce new innovations and create suitable solutions to the problems faced by employees. Promoting positive Organizational culture like assigning employees with different tasks and let them take responsibilities will make them learn quickly, employee’s ideas should always be appreciated which makes them more secure and feel more “Original” towards their work and organization.
